Hi, my name is Sarah Caravel. From a young age, I’ve had a passion for helping others, even before I fully understood it. Growing up, my sister and I dreamed of owning a hotel for animals. She planned to be the caretaker and veterinarian, while I would be the animal massage therapist, providing care and comfort to each guest. That drive to help has been with me all my life and eventually led me to pursue a career in massage therapy—a calling that brings me joy and purpose every day.
In my practice, I’m not here to give a quick massage and send you on your way. When you step into my room, my focus is on addressing your unique needs, uncovering and alleviating any pain, tension, or imbalance you may have. My goal is to make a real difference, working with you to help restore wellness and comfort.
Each session includes techniques like stretching and targeted massage to ensure lasting relief and improvement. I’m here to listen to your concerns and help you achieve a true sense of relief and healing, because every person deserves to feel their best.
